I spent some time sitting outside my dorm today. It's sooo beautiful! I just want to sit in the sun and soak it all up! You know what I mean? My whole weekend was beautiful really.
Labor day was amazing (: It was great to see my family again and celebrate my sister's birthday. Sometimes I have myself convinced that I live in a fairy tale! I am definately blessed beyond beleif, fo sho!!! It's easy to see the not-so-great-things that are right in front of your face, but the picture is so much prettier when you take a step back and look at the big picuture.
I'm trying to keep the end in mind... It's easy to start complaining about community bathrooms, or my teacher's oddities, or anything really, but I realize not everyone gets to be here. Education is a opportunity I need to take advantage of! I'm goin to give these classes everything I've got. I think there's a reason I'm here. I don't know what it is, but maybe someday I'll look back and see.
One of my amazing friends gave me CD's for a going-away present. I love them (: I'm sitting here typing and listening and singing and waiting on my laundry.
I really don't know if anyone reads this and honestly, it's not about anyone else reading it. It's more about keeping a log of my life and how God is moving in my life. This is one of my ways to give Him the glory (:
