It's SUMMERTIME finally!!
This year had been crazy, and wonderful, and full of surprises, and the best is yet to come! I am very very glad to have a break from classes, and see everyone back home again. I can't believe how blessed I am!! I won't be home for long though... I fly to Japan on Wednesday!! Can you believe that???
Sooo much to do, sooo little time!! I'm really looking forward to this trip with Emily (my sista). I'm gonna be honest, I'm scared a little bit... It's going to be WAY different from here. But, I'm incredebly excited see exactly what God has planned for me!
If you would like to pray for Em and me while we are gone, that would be fantastic! We are praying that God would use us, and shape us, and lead us. I don't want to get in the way of what God is doing in Japan, in Africa, in America, and in me. Please pray that God would act in a mighty way this summer. Pray that when we speak, our words would make sense, our facts would be acurate, and that our purpose will be clear. We are just here to give glory to God for everything He is doing.
For to night, we've got burgers on the grill, tomatoes ripe and ready to go, and a beautiful day to enjoy right here at home. I just really can't get over how blessed I am. I feel like this is a dream... How cool is it to be blessed by a God who loves you? How amazing is it to be a part of what He's doing? I just don't have the words to explain how valuable that is to me... All I want to do for the rest of my life is be completely in the middle of what He's doing.
I pray that in your summer, no matter where you are or what you're doing, you see all that God is doing in your life. I've got to go get the buns!! Check back here for updates on Japan :)
